Rev. Moton hosted the fourth Proclaimers Place that he has assembled since 2005. The recent Proclaimers Place was the 48th seminar Joel has conducted since the movement began in January 2005. The next Proclaimers Place will be in Little Rock, AR in July.  It will be hosted by Bishop Samuel Green of the 12th Episcopate of the A.M.E. Church.
