Hate/Bias Incident Policy

Joel Gregory Ministries and Proclaimers Place are committed to providing a safe space for growth and learning. Discrimination in any form, including but not limited to harassment, intimidation, or retaliation, is strictly prohibited. We will not tolerate discriminatory actions or behavior by employees, volunteers, or program participants.

This policy aims to create a safe and inclusive environment for all staff and program participants by prohibiting any form of hate speech, bias, or discriminatory behavior. This policy applies to all individuals associated with the organization, including employees, volunteers, contractors, and program participants.

Discrimination incidents refer to any verbal, written, or physical conduct that threatens, intimidates, or discriminates against an individual or group based on: race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.

All staff and program participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of hate speech, bias, or discriminatory behavior within the organization’s premises, during programs, or related activities.

Individuals who witness or experience a discriminatory incident are encouraged to report the incident promptly to President Joel C. Gregory at joelcgregoryphd@gmail.com.
